Shiv Sena reveals new information in Palghar Sadhu Lynching Case; Uddhav Thackeray declines CBI investigation under guidance of Rahul Gandhi #politics

In a recent development in the Palghar Sadhu Lynching case, Shiv Sena has made a shocking revelation. According to a report by Organiser, Shiv Sena has accused former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray of obstructing the transfer of the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on the orders of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

Kiran Pawaskar, the Shiv Sena secretary and spokesperson, stated that Thackeray’s compliance with Gandhi’s directive delayed the probe into the horrific incident. The Palghar Sadhu Lynching case took place on April 16, 2020, when two Sadhus associated with the Juna Akhara and their driver were brutally lynched by a mob of over 100 people. The incident, captured in videos, showed the gruesome lynching in the presence of passive police officers.

This revelation by Shiv Sena has raised questions about the handling of the case and the alleged political interference in the investigation process. The full article can be read on Organiser.org.
